Mulching & Spring Cleanup
During the spring season, many of our customers use our Spring Cleanup services to refurbish their lawns and landscapes. Our Spring Cleanup services include some prep work to the beds, edging and mulching of the beds, and a cleanup.
Work Preparation:
Beds
We blow-out the leaves and light debris. We remove garbage, twigs, and fallen fruit. We do NOT avoid areas behind bushes and hard-to-reach places. We
de-weed the beds, and we treat them with weed prevention methods. We put weed-block, a special material with holes that stops any form of weed of growing back and allows the water to run freely into the ground (available only upon request. Requires extra charge and mulch at the top).
Edging
We put a fresh edge on all the beds, approximately 5 inches deep. A deeper edge better contains the mulch to the bed, and holds up under rough weather conditions. We always provide a straight line or the proper curve to the bed.
Mulching
We spread Black-Gold, aged-processed mulch throughout all beds. We do NOT avoid areas behind bushes and hard-to-reach places.
Cleanup
We dispose all debris and all edgings we collected.
